We provide individualised, flexible care and support to Mental Health service user. We provide 24hrs care in their own home environment.
Comprehensive assessments for service users are based on person-centred care. There care plan is monitored and reviewed regularly. Our staff are competent in a range of areas, working with professionals from social services, the NHS and the voluntary sector to complete the service offer.
Using the recovery model also includes focussing on all the other aspects of support, so ensuring general health and wellbeing are maintained, a safe living environment, building confidence, self-motivation and ultimately putting service users in their rightful place in society.
We support and promote independence rather than taking over things that you can do.
We will provide all the care and services you and your family need and want- e.g.
- Personal Care
- Bathing
- Prompting medication
- Administering medication
- Getting out of bed
- Going bank with service user and many more.....
