With strong family values and 15 years of industry experience, I have grown and nurtured Shreeji Training from the early days, working out of my dining room through to today, working out of the innovative CEME Centre in Rainham. Also, being the registered manager of the Shreeji Care organization gives me the values and understanding required to deliver outstanding training. As a family person, I thrive on the everyday challenges life and business throws, in knowing that my devoted team will support me all the way. I am so very proud of my family & team. My extensive experience & leadership puts the learner at the heart of our business embedding Shreeji’s Mission, Vision, Commitment, and Values.

Manpreet Panesar (Manager)

I have been working in the health and social care sector for the last 11 years. In the past, I have worked with the Metropolitan Police and have independently managed a nursing home for 4 years. During my years at the nursing home, I worked in the frontline throughout the COVID 19 pandemic. I have also worked for the London Ambulance Service 999/111.

I have obtained a Level 5 in Management of Health and Social Care and a degree in Business Management and Administration. As an individual, I like to actively participate in day-to-day activities with my team and service users. I ensure the safety and quality practices subject to NICE guidelines complying with CQC and local authorities.

Arjun Vasudevan Ravindran (Deputy Manager)

As a Deputy Manager, I prioritise the safety and dignity of our service users as well as providing leadership and support to our care staff. Having pursued MSc Healthcare Facility Management and Level 7 Health & Social Care, I possess a deep understanding of the industry, whilst ensuring that we are compliant with the most recent recommendations of CQC.

I come with years of experience as an Art Therapist, catering to the needs of specially abled children. I’ve been part of several workshops and art-based activities centred for individuals with learning difficulties. Understanding the sensitive part of the care industry, I incorporate my experience in creating an organised system of training, assessment, monitoring, and reviewing.

Akshay Soni (Account Manager)

I am a quick thinker with true dedication to numbers. I maintain and track company’s growth and stability across UK and overseas. I am an Associate Chartered Banker (CBI) with a degree in MSc International Banking and Finance. I enjoy being part of an innovative team. My strength lies in anticipating financial problems and extrapolating creative solutions.

I joined the team as a Care Worker and worked my way up as an HR Administrator at Shreeji. Having Pursued an MBA in Global Healthcare Management and Leadership, my strength lies in the core healthcare sector. I am a dedicated and result-oriented person with a passion for healthcare.

I gained an insight on the nuances of the healthcare industry by working as a Care Worker, I strive to create a positive work environment that fosters professional growth and exceptional service in care. I am dedicated to creating a culture that emphasizes diversity, equality, and inclusion, ensuring that all employees are empowered to contribute their best work.

Sangita (Care Administrator)

I give my team a clear direction of Shreeji’s vision and set of goals to achieve it. I drive empowerment through the team by ensuring that there is always freedom within the Shreeji framework and engaging with colleagues at every level to ensure that the Shreeji goals are understood and take opportunities to celebrate success. I am presented with a new challenge every day, it gives me the opportunities to learn, develop new skills and grow personally and professionally

Manjit Kaur (Care-coordinator)

I am responsible for our service users and care staff. Initially, I had joined as a Field Supervisor. It enabled me to understand the inner workings of field work. My strength is in the capability of taking a birds-eye view of the organization and identifying the tasks that need to be addressed. My experience has enabled me to take appropriate remedial action with the support of our management team in resolving difficult situations. It helps me organise the spot checks and deliver honest reviews to senior management.

Following Shreeji’s mission and vision, I ensure that our service users get high quality service and care workers are working in a healthy environment.

Michael Canesten (Clinical Lead)

I’m a Senior Lecturer at the School of Nursing at Kingston and the St Georges University of London since 2018. I teach Intensive Care Course, Clinical Health Assessment and Anatomy and Physiology for Nursing students and other Allied Healthcare Professionals. I am also involved in teaching the Nursing Associate foundation degree. I gained my nursing qualification in the Philippines, then moved to the UK in 2000 and worked as a Registered Nurse in the Vascular unit, then moved to the Intensive Care Unit in 2002. My clinical role involved working as a Senior Nurse in Adult General Intensive Care at St Georges Hospital NHS Trust as a part-time role. I am involved in clinical education developing training programmes for Intensive Care nurses and mentoring in practice. My private work involved designing and delivering courses/training for Health and Social Care staff within the NHS and private sectors. I am passionate about teaching and learning by sharing my knowledge and expertise with my students to enable them to deliver the best and highest care to patients and service users.
My role in Shreeji as a nurse educator/adviser is to ensure carers are clinically competent, safe and effective in the delivery of care through regular training and development programmes. I give advice on what is the best evidence-based practice to help develop a service that is quality and world-class.

Sheref Ergun (Quality Assurance Lead)

Sheref has over 20 years of experience in managing small to medium-sized organizations. He started his career as a care support worker and office administrator so understands the industry from top to bottom. He developed the necessary knowledge and skills during this time to make him an excellent practitioner and leader in the decision making and leadership of a start-up and an SME. He is confident to bring this level of success with him to any organization and fulfil their requirements in a very quick period. With his previous experience and expertise, his contribution will have a positive impact on other organisations’ success and build on this knowledge over the course of the duties to become a well-rounded general practitioner. Sheref’s skills and expertise are in providing tailor-made care quality solutions to the start-ups and small care agencies’, supported living providers’ needs, whether that be one-off advice, guidance, mock inspection or project management of a specific assignment that requires clearly defined outcomes, such as supporting the CQC registration or setting up new care provider services from scratch.
